GLISTER WINS LITHGOW BATTLE OF BANDS
On Saturday October 28 Glister performed their best for the fine folk of Lithgow, and were rewarded with first prize (a sizeable sum of cash) for their efforts in making it from the heats to the semis to the grand final. A huge thanks to all at the Grand Central Hotel in Lithgow, as well as the judges, and all of the bands we performed with. Visit Myspace.com/glister1 for more info...

2005 BLUE MTNS MUSiC AWARDSGlister picked up a 'Judges Special Commendation' at this month's Blue Mountains Music Awards held in Katoomba. Samantha got up and received the award, praising organisers for putting on such a wicked event. See photos and winners list at blufm.org.au/musicweek.htm
BEST OF THE WEST
Glister placed third in the O'Donoghues Emu Plains 'Best of the West' band competition grand final held on December 1. It was a wicked night with four amazing bands, giveaways and a huge crowd. Thank you to all who came and supported Glister!
